Amaca Chopping Board Riser

Designed by chefs, for chefs. The AMACA chopping board riser system is designed to give chefs an adjustable height option to prevent back issues whilst chopping. Designed with a non-slip top and bottom for safe food preparation.

The chopping risers are stackable to add levels as needed for individual height requirement.

Aside from the posture issue, another challenge for chefs is keeping a chopping board steady whilst chopping and prepping.

• Common practice is to put a damp cloth or tissue under the chopping board to prevent it from moving – not very reliable!
• This is also not a hygienic solution as cloths are frequently used for multiple purposes and can often harbor dangerous bacteria.
• The non-slip features of the AMACA riser system provides a more secure  surface.
• The riser system can also help to prevent cross-contamination as it reduces debris falling onto work surfaces due to the higher level of the chopping  board
