Mushroom Soup Mix by Country Range. Just add water and simmer. Packaged in a 2.25kg container.
Ingredients:
WHEAT Flour, Dextrose, Whey Powder (MILK), Maize Starch, Salt, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Creamer (Palm Fat, Lactose (MILK), MILK Protein), Yeast Extract, Dried Mushroom (2%), Dried Onion, Palm Fat, Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Natural Flavouring, Caramelised Sugar.
Directions for use
For 5 portions, mix 75g of soup mix with 250ml of cold water to form a smooth paste. Add 583ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Cover pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Whole tub (approx 150 portions) use 25 litres of cold water.
