Fat Skimmer 8'' Square Mesh

Effortlessly scoop food from hot liquids with the Vogue 8" square mesh fat skimmer. Crafted from stainless steel, the hard-wearing skimmer is ideal for continuous use in any busy restaurant or takeaway. The material also makes this skimmer resistant to heat, impact and rust, allowing it to be used in fryers without breaking.

Designed with raised edges and a square mesh head, the Vogue skimmer is ideal for removing large quantities of food from hot water and oil, helping speed up your serving times. A long handle keeps hands well away from the liquids at all times, ensuring the safety of you and your staff.

A convenient hook in the handle allows you to easily store this fat skimmer when not in use, but still provide quick access when needed.
